Commissioned work

If you would like a picture created of a specific person, animal or pet, or a digital drawing, I would be pleased to undertake your commission artwork.
Typically my work Pencil originals are produced on Strathmore Board 35 x 43cm (14 x 17"), with an image size of around 20 x 29cm (8 x 12") positioned centrally. This affords a nice amount of white space around the subject. At this size a human portrait is a able to be reproduced to a size whereby a good level the detail, expression and likeness can be achieved as you can see on past work over in the gallery section. For portraits with two persons, a larger image area size would be required - perhaps around 30 x 40cm.

Oil Paintings typically from 40 x 50cm and up. You can either choose to wall mount the raw canvas or have it framed.

Digital Drawings can be created at any size and output Professionally onto 308gms Hahnemuhle Art Paper - a long lasting, heavy weight paper.

Your picture can be framed. If you have a specific choice of mount or frame colour, please let me know at the time of ordering.

When working from your photos, the clearer the better is required - the more detail in your images, the more detailed likeness I can achieve. I cannot typically work from poor quality phone images - sorry.

Can you draw anything?

Yes, I specialise and enjoy drawing people and animals, but am happy to consider other types of subjects.
Cat Drawings, Big Cat Drawings, Pets, Dogs, Wild Animals, Famous People, Pop Stars, Family Members, Children, Mammals, Bird Drawings.

How long does it take?

Depending upon workload, I can normally complete your artwork in around 2-3 weeks. If you have a deadline, please ensure you discuss this at the time of ordering. Oil paintings require a drying time after completion of between 1-2 weeks.

Do the pictures come framed?

If you require a frame and or mount, please let me know when you place your order so that I can include this in your cost. If you have a preference for frame colour/material, please also let me know this at the time of ordering.

Oil Paintings

If you are looking for an Oil Painting, please contact me with details of your commission - subject, approximage size, framing requirements and expected delivery date. Oils require a week or two to dry fully, so please ensure you allow time after I have produced your artwork for drying time. Please look at my other Oil paintings to be familier with my style of work.
